Website purchase and instore pick up for a special gift was seemless. The store rang to ask if we would like the item gift wrapped and with a card. We arrived in store when advised it was ready to collect and were greeted with a friendly team member who knew exactly what we have purchased and had it immediately available. Can't fault the service all round.
