So glad I purchased from Walker and Hall! It is my stepmum’s first birthday with my baby son, and I wanted to purchase a gift which was a special momento from him. My item was not only on special, but it was eligible for free engraving. My engraving was too long and a team member was quick to email to let me know it of course wouldn’t fit on my pendant. We found a solution and my order was shipped out within a couple of hours. Much to my surprise I received my order the next morning! And what a delight it was. I had received a complementary hand written birthday card for the gifts recipient and my gift was beautifully gift wrapped.
