Quick & efficient. I ordered a late Valentines gift online & requested to click & collect it. I thought it would take a day or two but to my surprise it was ready in a few hours. They asked if I wanted it gift wrapped which I thought was very nice & thoughtful of them. When I went to collect it in store, the staff were very approachable & friendly towards me. It was beautifully wrapped & my partner loved the gift wrap as well as the gift :)
