The item I purchased was actually a birthday gift for my flatmate. I came down with Covid unfortunately just before I was coming to collect the item, and your team were incredibly helpful, understanding and incredibly accommodating. I've never felt so taken care of and helped. The item was packaged so beautifully and looked absolutely stunning. Thank you guys so much! 10/10 would recommend !
