Hi, Customer service was okay, but there is something broken in your online store / shipping logistics. I was told by the team that it was being transfered from another branch to be shipped to me? Its been over 2 working days and it hasn't even been picked up from your branch. Unsure if I will purchase with the company in future once I receive this item, for 3 days+ domestic shipping is ridiculous. At this stage I'm unsure if I'll even receive the item until mid next week! If I wouldn't known the shipping is that slow, not sure why they couldn't have shipped it directly from the store then transferd the stock so your staff gets the commissions is why I think the branch transfer rather than a ship directly from the shop that has it. Seems very backwards. 1 star on this end I have someone who's going to miss their gift for over 3 days+ now.
