Great service through the website - it was a bit weird that the item couldn't be ordered into the store for me to try on and decide whether I liked it but the return option through various stores sounded fine.
Love the watch anyway.
I was a little surprised and disappointed with the amount of packaging on the item - a W&H bag plus ribbon and wrapping of the watch box then then the box itself. With the courier bag containing it all. I should have requested minimal and recyclable packaging but even without saying this it seemed excessive.
