I have bought 98% of my purchases at the North West shop, the service was always brilliant whether I was just browsing or shopping, being recognised as an individual amongst the general public was exceptional customer service.
The staff knowing that I was looking at a particular product and pointing out new items within that product range made my experience so easy.
My family have been customers at Walker & Hall for generations and I am pleased that we are continuing a family tradition into the future.
