Ordered some jewelry before our international flight out of Auckland where we were meant to pick up our purchases, however, we did not know that we had to order at least 48 hours before our flight so our items weren't there when we were leaving. We were helped by Chrissy and her help was outstanding. She went out of her way to assure us about our items and she managed to send our items EXPRESS to our location so that we could have them in time for our daughter's birthday.
