I had an email from someone at W & H apologising profusely as they had sent me the wrong item. She explained that she had resent another parcel, with the correct item and also a prepaid courier bag so I could return incorrect item. I responded to the email, thanking her for her contact, that mistakes happen and I would be only to happy to send the incorrect item back. When I received the item I ordered (Which I absolutely love!) there was a wee card with another apology in it and a thank you to me 'for being so lovely'. This was my fist time as a W & H customer. I am super impressed. The speedy delivery, the gorgeous packaging and what a wonderful staff member you have. Well done! :-)
