I live in Northern Ireland and contacted Walker and Hall for advice about a present for my son who lives in NZ. Everyone I was in contact with was so helpful and so quick to respond to my emails. The present was purchased and sent out. My son has received the item but as it's for his birthday next month he hasn't opened the parcel yet but I know he will be delighted with it. Also the packaging and the internal wrapping (which he showed me) was really great. It's difficult to buy gifts when you live in a different country, but Walker and Hall made this purchase so easy and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
