Obliging, prompt, did what I asked for, ready on time, and I (and the recipient!) loved the end result.
I'll be using again soon for another similar item (this was the 2nd time I've had this type of bespoke order), and W&H will be the only place I go. Thanks to Emma and the team for a fantastic experience (again)!
