I had received some vouchers and ordered online as we don't have a store in Tauranga yet. The order process was a bit strange as I was prepared to pay the difference although wasn't prompted to, and then when I called the head office the girl.took my card details, then I got an email requesting I post the vouchers. I was told that the item wouldn't be sent until they were received. I did get my necklace but the process seems clunky.
