I have bought a few items from walker and hall including an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. I felt the shop assistant went up and beyond - including getting a new ring made with the exact stone that meant so much to my wife - phone calls, emails, keeping me updated etc. Just recently I bought a purchase online and it was very easy and arrived very fast. Definitely my jeweler of choice
