The only issue I had was that the earrings I received were not what I thought I had ordered. I had seen the earrings I wanted in store some months ago and thought these were the same as they looked like it from the online picture, but they were not. It was my mistake and I am very happy with these, but it is an issue with online purchasing, particularly when there is no indication of size. Online purchasing is very convenient but actually viewing the item in store is preferable :)
