I was impressed at the ease of ordering a gift and the promptness of its arrival. However I was disappointed that the little bag was rather squashed (I was wrapping it to give) and that I couldn't open it to make sure I had the correct earrings as it meant tearing the seal off the gift bag making the gift appear "opened". Perhaps you could send articles without putting them in the gift bag (so the correct article can be confirmed)but enclose the bag for the customer to put the article in to give.
