After having a necklace I purchased a few years ago whilst visiting NZ from Scotland stolen I contacted W&H enquiring whether the necklace was still available as my partner loved it. I dealt with Emma and to my delight the necklace was still available. The whole process of ordering to delivery here in Scotland was excellent
