To be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went online, but I was really impressed at the communication, effienecy and professional shown by Emma, she went out of her way to answer my questions and work on timelines as well as keeping me informed along the way when I was ordering 2 Fossil watches for my boys. If you have an award scheme for excellent customer service I would certainly recommend that Emma be a truly deserving receipetent of this award.
