Took a little bit long before my order was dispatched from the store therefore took longer than expected to receive. I did communicate with one staff member via email who was more than helpful and I am more than happy with the service. One small point to mention is that I would have spent more money and purchased a different chain had I realized the size of the chain I purchased (so thin I probably wouldn't have purchased). Would suggest more photos and better such as seeing the chain on someone or next to something so you can compare.
