Although I haven't checked whether I received what I asked for, (as it's wrapped up so lovely), I have full faith that it will turn out exactly how I wanted it to, especially after the amazing customer service I received from Sandre, who patiently helped me with all my enquiries regarding engravings and the jewelry I ordered as a gift. I hope this review results in some commendation for Sandre, as it is by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. I will definitely be shopping with Walker and Hall in the future.
