The online service we received was really great thanks and the pendant is really exceptional. My only complaint is that we went into a store and the price offered in store was quite high and they were not willing to discount it. I immediately went online and found that it was substantially cheaper and purchased it online. I would have thought that the store should be aware of the online discounts and at least match them. Other than that the service the lady provided was really good and efficient.
