I purchased a necklace online from Walker & Hall and unfortunately it was not long enough to sit comfortably around my neck. I visited the store in Albany Mall and I was welcomed into the shop. I explained that I wanted to purchase a longer white gold chain. After trying two different length chains I selected one and expected to pay full price for it. But because I hadn't worn the necklace my chain was exchanged for the longer one plus $50 extra. I was very happy with the wonderful service.
