I ordered via website during lockdown as my daughter had a birthday. The online virtual chat was extremely helpful, efficient friendly and clear. Once I made purchase the order was ready nearly immediately for click and collect which was also set up very well. The entire service which I received was at the highest level and very professional. I was very impressed thank you so much. Also just wanted to say the gift wrapping and card were a lovely touch, just perfect.
