I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with You and your company's Alessandria Center Director. At the beginning fo 2016 I renewed the contract with you in Alessandria center, because the first corse was very well, with an 3 lesson/week average. In June 2016 with the new level (N 5-6 Level 14 ad up) the problems started and they haven’t yet dealed : - the new course first month all lesson were deleted (4 in total planned only Saturday morning); - average only one lesson every week, planned manly Saturday morning or late in the evening (especially on Friday, sometimes two lessons a week). I immediatly notified to Center Director Mr. Carlo Convertino to point this problem out and he replied: - all studends are on vacation (all lessons were deleted for this reason); - there are few studends to plan 2 or more lessons a week. In the meantime I finished the course and Mr Convertino proposed me to renew the contract to complete the course with the last levels, but I didn’t accept explaing it was impossible to attend a badly planned course and I asked him to re-organize the lessons timetable. He replied the same things In conclusion, the center director don’t deal with the problem yet. He’s only interested to get the money and speaking with him it’s only a waste of time. On the contract I cant’d find the clause where to plan a class there must be a minimum number of students. Unfortunately I can’t annul the contract with You and I have to waste my money, cause of a bad management. It’s seems to be a legal fraud.
