Tools are fantastic while content of the courses doesn't fit my needs.
Grammar is covered in a limited way, not focused nor explained.
Lack of grammar explanations and exercises cannot help students to use English properly.
Lack of documentation is also an issue.
Multimedia tools are very useful but some additional "traditional" teaching would help ...
