1. Infrastructure I didn't think WSE provided such a poor infrastructure, from equipment to systems. I got it many times when I did either using an app or laptop, but it all didn't work (attach images). And the computers in SPC (some computers are perpetually broken) are all too old to adapt the user experience, this means they can't show all the lessons, and we can't find the whole sentences because it dropped the line or something like that. 2. Classes I don't know why the classes are fewer than in the past. Sometimes I have to wait 2-3 days to get CC, SC or even can't book an encounter.
