Disappointed. Purchased an ‘undercoated’ shelf. Item arrived with only partial undercoating (whole of one face and a long edge not painted), so had to spend more time and money purchasing and applying undercoat to complete the prepping I thought I had paid for. I also requested the 4.2m board be cut in half to make two shelves, this was not done, so had to cut it down myself to get it in the house. I have tried to post a product review but it is not appearing on the website. Whilst I guess it is the company’s prerogative of what it posts, I question whether it is ethical and morally sound to disregard challenging reviews. All this said, the MDF is good quality, hence 2 stars not 1.
