“Couldn’t fault this company. I was dubious at first as not heard of them but took a risk because it was sooo much cheaper than B&Q and it paid off! Great products, they were delivered when agreed and came well packaged.”

“Website easy to navigate. Ordering samples was easy. However only 50% of the order arrived (which took 7 days) then after to speaking with WPW was told the missing samples would be sent out that day on a 24 hour signed delivery. Again nothing arrived, so after a further week telephoned WPW again, and was told that a sample was being cut and sent. So hasn’t arrived. So poor service. And still awaiting the remainder of my order (no talk of a refund or anything for only receiving 50% of my order.”

“Great value MDF machined Astragal profile, ideal for Wainscoting. I put mine on tha stairs case walls for a nice decorative effect. See photo.. My only negative would be that a couple of the lengths had machine chatter marks on the last 5 or 6 inches where it had emerged from the machining process.. but it was really an issue. Overall V good”

“I ordered a pre-primed panelling kit back in November. When it arrived, the panels had footprints on them and chips in the MDF. Before we started, as the instructions suggested we lay everything out to check everything was there, only to realise that a large number of items were missing, and we had a number of incorrect items instead (I.e completely wrong widths and lengths of panels). This was incredibly frustrating, so I reached out to the company directly with pictures and a full breakdown of what we had vs what we were expecting - I got no response. I tried again… no response. Now 3/4 months down the line and not a single person has even respinded to me, let alone rectify the issue at hand. Appalling service from every angle.”
