“I ordered a free sample to see what it would be like to go in my bathroom. It took a while to be shipped but it was received in an appropriate time. I have not had any other communication with the company so cannot comment on that.”

“The wall panels are worth a 5* however the silver corner trim is very poor and when cutting it has peeled off like a sticker. Very disappointed with the trim but love the panel”

“Cost effective cladding solutions. Delivery was prompt but communication was a bit confusing, I thought somethign was outstandong holding the shipment when checking the website but teh full rder was on its way already. Good phone customer service when I called to query this.”

“The product was exactly as described but the delivery/communication was poor. Delivery window of a week came and went with no update or comms from WPW. I messaged (through B&Q marketplace) 3 times but never got a reply. A new delivery date was eventually given which was two weeks later than stated at time of order, which was then cancelled the day before. It eventually turned up the following morning. No apology, no updates. Very frustrating for the customer and completely avoidable. Would recommend the product but will not use them again solely due to their ooor customer service.”

“I recently purchased the Astragal Maxi MDF Wall Panel Mouldings (primed) and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the quality. There are numerous imperfections throughout the mouldings, and the primer has been very poorly applied. The finish is inconsistent, patchy in places, and would require significant prep work before painting. For the price, I expected a much higher standard and a product that was properly finished and ready to use. Overall, the quality does not reflect the cost. I would not purchase again unless the finishing standards improve.”
