“I ordered a pre-primed panelling kit back in November. When it arrived, the panels had footprints on them and chips in the MDF. Before we started, as the instructions suggested we lay everything out to check everything was there, only to realise that a large number of items were missing, and we had a number of incorrect items instead (I.e completely wrong widths and lengths of panels). This was incredibly frustrating, so I reached out to the company directly with pictures and a full breakdown of what we had vs what we were expecting - I got no response. I tried again… no response. Now 3/4 months down the line and not a single person has even respinded to me, let alone rectify the issue at hand. Appalling service from every angle.”

“Easy to order, delivered in perfect condition. I needed some panneling that would match MDF strips purchased from Homebase (no longer in stoke nad needed nmore) after a search on the internet I discovered WPW. I would recomend and use again.”

“Received them in good time. But once they were delivered noticed i0% were damaged but managed to work around it. I'm a lorry driver and you can clearly see that the delivery guys use straps and clearly don't use protection under the straps to prevent damage so you need to sort that out as that would help practically majority of your bad reviews and also perhaps you should bubble wrap them all for protection and not just the single ones on your end. The panels them self are a great quality.”
