“Ordered a batch of samples - quality was fine but was only sent 2 of the samples ordered. Called to ask when the others would arrive, they said they would dispatch this is over 2 weeks ago.”

“Unfortunately I wasn't very pleased with my order. I did contact yourselves by e mail but received nothing back from you. I ordered walnut but you sent me gold, which to be honest looked cheap. In desperation we had to use them but were a nightmare to use as very flimsy. We are now going to have to pay out again for new tidy panels as we received no communication back to return and had to use. Not recommended”

“Disappointed. Purchased an ‘undercoated’ shelf. Item arrived with only partial undercoating (whole of one face and a long edge not painted), so had to spend more time and money purchasing and applying undercoat to complete the prepping I thought I had paid for. I also requested the 4.2m board be cut in half to make two shelves, this was not done, so had to cut it down myself to get it in the house. I have tried to post a product review but it is not appearing on the website. Whilst I guess it is the company’s prerogative of what it posts, I question whether it is ethical and morally sound to disregard challenging reviews. All this said, the MDF is good quality, hence 2 stars not 1.”
