“Ordered a batch of samples - quality was fine but was only sent 2 of the samples ordered. Called to ask when the others would arrive, they said they would dispatch this is over 2 weeks ago.”

“Prompt delivery, 1 panel was damaged, luckily on the tongue so I got away with it. 2 out of 6 panels are a different shade, probably a different batch. There is a white unprinted line on top and bottom of the panels which makes it impossible to leave the panel ends unsealed - not overly impressed with the quality.”

“I ordered and paid for a Pure Oak sample in December. First I was told they didn't have one. Then I was told they did and it was dispatched. However, the wrong sample arrived, so I phoned and was told the correct would be dispatched. However, and again, the wrong sample arrived, so I phoned again, confirmed precisely what i wanted and was tod the correct sample would be dispatched. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting, and it's now the end of January.!”

“Bit of a mix up with free samples. Finally ordered what we wanted. Arrived on time, polite driver. Some of the MDF was slightly bent even though it was stored flat. Do not try to bend the MDF too much because it will snap . Pleased with the price and overall experience.”

“They are exactly the same as they are advertised, how ever I bought as primed but some of the wood came like they needed a bit more prime on them . Also they are very expensive from your company bq , and didn’t come in proper packaging so I can’t return as I have some panels left over .”

“We were totally lost after this fake investment conned us. Despite our reluctance, we chose to try Treblesltd*com after a buddy recommended it. Their staff was helpful and professional right away. They fixed the problem and got our money back in four days. A dire scenario was saved by Treblesltd*com, and we are immensely appreciative of their assistance.”

“Bad service, bad communication and no customer service or any offers of any solutions to the various delivery time and date issues, followed by the first delivery driver who couldn’t kind the house in the whole 12 month build! Now waiting another week for the stuff!!! Not even a follow up email, call or offer of compensation despite huge setback to the project. Very bad, I would recommend creativeedgeskirting.co.uk instead! Impeccable service in contrast.”
