I ordered and paid for a Pure Oak sample in December.
First I was told they didn't have one.
Then I was told they did and it was dispatched.
However, the wrong sample arrived, so I phoned and was told the correct would be dispatched.
However, and again, the wrong sample arrived, so I phoned again, confirmed precisely what i wanted and was tod the correct sample would be dispatched.
That was a week ago and I'm still waiting, and it's now the end of January.!
