The company is incredible slow to reply to enquiries or emails from customers with open orders. Order 2 lots of samples on the same day one after the other, still waiting for the second order to be fulfilled - that was 2 weeks ago! The company can’t reply to an email but more than happy to spam you with emails asking for a review.
