We purchased a primed MDF shelf from Wall Panels world recently. Unfortunately the priming process had not worked properly and the shelf was a bit of a mess. However, I contacted WPW and they immediately responded with apologies and a replacement shelf which arrived within 2 days and in good condition. We were very impressed. Processes don’t always go to plan but it’s the customer service and the sorting things out which is always the most important part of a purchase, and WPW’s customer service was helpful and excellent and more than we could ever have wished for. The shelf looks very nice too! We would most definitely use them again - one doesn’t always get this kind of customer service and we would highly recommend them.
