Website easy to navigate. Ordering samples was easy. However only 50% of the order arrived (which took 7 days) then after to speaking with WPW was told the missing samples would be sent out that day on a 24 hour signed delivery. Again nothing arrived, so after a further week telephoned WPW again, and was told that a sample was being cut and sent. So hasn’t arrived. So poor service. And still awaiting the remainder of my order (no talk of a refund or anything for only receiving 50% of my order.
