Ordering was very easy as was browsing the site and delivery of my order was on time.. However, one roll of the order was faulty - about a metre in there was a very visible watermark and, along the wallpaper at each side, there were faults in the pattern. I have had to use it as there was not enough spare to not do so - but am disappointed that my room is not as perfect as I had dreamt of. I can see the faults - but am hoping visitors won't.
