I am so sorry that there was a delay with your paper, unfortunately as mentioned, the supplier had a technical issue on the day these orders so we asked them to re-send, and refunded your order in full as a goodwill gesture. “Initially sceptical as I didn't know the brand. The delivery initially said it would take a week or so but it ended up arriving within a day or so - I was conveniently able to reschedule delivery with dpd for when I would be around. The decorators said the quality was fantastic and you could actually feel the texture the print on the wall. I contacted requesting a refund of the rolls not used and I got a response rapidly giving clear and easy details. Really great service and product.”

“Although I've yet to hang the paper, I love it. It's the real McCoy. Wonderful service from the company. I will definitely be back. The only fly in the ointment was remembering to give explicit permission for my parcel to be left in a nominated safe space, otherwise the courier service they use will insist on there being someone at home; if, like me, you live alone and work full-time, make your wishes known before confirming the order. Wallpaper UK itself can't be faulted; excellent selection, good range of prices, communicative CSD. Perfect!”

“Wallpaper online has a considerable selection of wallpapers from many manufacturers all in one place, that's why we chose them. They are easy to deal with and respond quickly to email messages. I had a couple of rolls left over and they gladly accepted them back and refunded me immediately. Will use them again and highly recommend them.”

“The product ìs grand but I can't say the same for customer service (emails unanswered and samples failed to appear even though a follow up email said they would). The online chat facility was so intermittent that when it was available, by the time I had typed a few words it had gone offline again.”

“I was very disappointed with this service. Delivery charge for one roll of wallpaper was £8, and delivery took over 15 days. I had to call, but no one answered the phone, there's just an automated bot telling you to email: I had to send two emails before I got any attention. Then I was told that the package had been returned to them - which frankly, I found hard to believe since I had waited in every day for the postman and there was no ''we tried to deliver' card through the letterbox, and no effort by wallpaper online to contact me. I won't use them again.”
