“UPDATE: I had an email asking me to alter my review... I have now recieved a refund but I am still bummed because i don't have the wallpaper I wanted. Also, I was obviously being told lies regarding the wallpaper being dispatched because it still hasn't arrived. I couldn't tell you about the quality or design of the wallpaper which I ordered on 29/01/23 because I am still waiting for it today (20/02/23). My estimated delivery date was 07/02/22 but I hadn't recieved it by the 7th so I contacted them and was told it would be here mid week; it wasn't so I contacted them again and was told Friday; I'm still waiting on Monday. I now want a refund.”

“Delivery was a little bit slower than estimated date so good to order ahead but otherwise pleased with the wallpaper, it’s good quality and has gone on the wall well”

“No correspondence, no wall paper delivered. Thankfully I paid by PayPal so got my money back. No I would not recommend”

We emailed on the 11th Feb in response to your original email to say that unfortunately this paper is out of stock and asked if you would like an alternative, however we have not had a response, therefore your order has been refunded in full. “I have ordered from the company in the past and do not recollect any problem. On this most recent occasion it took three weeks for me to receive the order. That was a week longer than the latest date as predicted in the order acknowledgement and three weeks after the payment had been taken from my bank account. No delivery or despatch information was sent. When the parcel did eventually arrive it was a complete surprise after I had given up on it. In regards to the company response. Delivery was not within 10 - 15 days. It breached the delivery schedule provided by Wallpaper online by one week, that is 21 days and not 10 - 15.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see you ordered the Almond Blossom paper, which is on a 10-15 working day delivery as stated on the website. I've had a look into this and can see this arrived within those 10-15 working days, I appreciate it was a little on the later end of the scale, but this paper comes in from France and takes just that little bit longer.
