“The product ìs grand but I can't say the same for customer service (emails unanswered and samples failed to appear even though a follow up email said they would). The online chat facility was so intermittent that when it was available, by the time I had typed a few words it had gone offline again.”

“I was very disappointed with this service. Delivery charge for one roll of wallpaper was £8, and delivery took over 15 days. I had to call, but no one answered the phone, there's just an automated bot telling you to email: I had to send two emails before I got any attention. Then I was told that the package had been returned to them - which frankly, I found hard to believe since I had waited in every day for the postman and there was no ''we tried to deliver' card through the letterbox, and no effort by wallpaper online to contact me. I won't use them again.”

“I haven't received my wallpaper yet. Money was taken and delivery was supposed to be on or before 21st March. It's now 29th March”

“Sent wrong wallpaper, tried to ring but phone number wouldn't work. Emailed them 3 times to return for the right one. In end had to buy the correct one”

“The whole experience was faultless. I was able to view papers by colour or design and found one that I really liked. I ordered it and the rolls were delivered very promptly. The price of the paper was very competitive BUT the cost of delivery was very high.”

“First order was fine. However, this second order took a month to arrive after lots of chasing. Difficult to chase as can only email and their system does not allow a conversation. Cannot call or live chat does not work. Now that it has finally arrived in good condition I am really pleased with the quality of the wallpaper and the price.”
