Order arrived boxes torn open and roll missing - I think this is more the fault of the courier than Wallpaper UK, but perhaps a bit more care packing and ensuring boxes are well sealed would help.
Customer Services have been excellent at helping to resolve problem, but it has held the order up unnecessarily.
