I have rated this review a 1 star not because of the poor quality of the wallpaper but because I have no idea of the quality of the wallpaper as I still haven't received it.
It was promised by Wed 24th August but did not arrive, I called the help desk on Fri 26th and was greeted with a message saying that, as so many of their employees were working from home they couldn't answer calls. Not much use publishing a helpline number then really! The message told me to email, which I did on Friday and I did receive a very nice reply from Katie on 30th (bank holiday weekend in between) Katie states that she chased the order and it will arrive today. If it does I will be able to comment on the quality of the actual wallpaper and I hope it is better than everything surrounding the order/delivery.
Please please if you get an enquiry from a customer who hasn't received a product don't add insult to injury by asking them not once but twice to review it.
