I placed my order but unfortunately, it didn't arrive when they said it should, this turned out to be an error at Cole & Son's end which Wallpaper Online only became aware of once I had reported my missing order. For an order worth over £650, I would have expected better service and follow-up to see if I had indeed received everything all ok?
