I received my samples quickly and the girl I dealt with was pleasant. I was pleased with my reduction. My wallpaper didn’t arrive at the time promised. I hadn’t ordered enough and wanted to check the batch number. I phoned and received a message that nobody was available to take my call but to leave a message which would be responded to. This didn’t happen so I emailed. I received an answer quite late at night. I was unable to speak to anyone so couldn’t find out if ordering 2 more rolls meant I still qualified for a discount. I was so sick of waiting (decorator’s arrival imminent) that I ordered from a different company. My new order worked out cheaper than from Wallpaper UK and arrived the day after my original Wallpaper UK did despite being ordered over a week later. N
