The wallpaper, was faulty, with lots of colour runs and had to be returned.
However, the customer service was very good and the refund was processed quickly and with no hassle.
I recognise that Wallpaper UK are only the supplier and not the manufacturer, so in their defence, the original order was processed efficiently and as stated earlier, their response and the way they dealt with the issue was exemplary.
