Purchased the Phoenix power supply back in 2019. Served me well for nearly 5 years and then a transformer went and i lost half of the outputs.
Contacted Walrus Customer Service, shipped it to them, they repaired and sent it back to me in the UK within a week for free. Fantastic customer service. I will forever be loyal to them
