- Scott Stevens (Branch Manager) verbally abusive and condescending, absolutely no regard for customer service or client retention.
- Brock was very helpful and happy to engage our business with the sort of professionalism that you should expect from any company. He helped resolve our issue satisfactorily.
Overall (apart from some isolated customer service issues) they’re a fairly reasonable company to deal with.
