For some reason I could not program my thermostat, I called to get some advise. After walking me through the system it was determined my thermostat needed replacing. I ordered a new one and arrived right away and now works great. Thoroughly enjoy the warm floors. However I am not happy I had to replace the thermostat after only 3 years.
