“I ordered 3 Schluter Kerdi bath remodel items via Amazon, swayed by their promise that I would receive them the next day. The morning they were promised, I received an email saying that shipment was delayed for several days, and even longer for the one item that I needed first, the waterproof membrane, which I STILL haven't received, tho' my bathroom is nearly finished! In a panic, I searched online for a possible distributer close by that I could, maybe, drive to to pick it up. WYF was one of them, and I called for info, and was delighted to speak with an actual person. My contractor had enough of the membrane for my shower, but I had ordered (from Amazon) a center hole drain, when I should have ordered an off-center. I ordered one from WYF and it came the next day! I told my contractor to no longer recommend Amazon, as WYF has much the same prices, but is far more reliable in shipping! You rock!”

“Very happy with the customer service. I was able to speak to an actual human being who knew what she was talking about. I put together a large and expensive order and felt confident when I hing up the phone that i would recieve exactly what i ordered. Well it was on time as promised and everyrhing was there. This is where I coming for my heat floor material next time for sure!”

“Received thermostat in an expedient manner. Replaced said thermostat and floor is heating again. Considering the cost of thermostat, the life span isn’t very long. Thanks ☺️”

“Great service when I called to get a replacement thermostat for my heated floor. Replacement compatible with my WarmUp floor was identified and ordered. I received it in a few days and got installed without any problem. We love it - bigger screen to read, easy to set up and has Wifi to connect to my phone. We love it!”
