“Our other thermost quit working and ordered a new one, ordered the new one from this website 2 of them and installed them. They are working perfectly and all is good!”

“Thought I was going to rip up my floor, but a chat with a technician confirmed it was a broken wall controller. Not thrilled about only getting 5 years of use out that, but replacing was pretty straight forward. The online testing instructions and replacement instructions were also very good. Quick shipping was a plus as well.”

“The on-line help was very good in making sure I got the proper replacement thermostat. I was even offered a cheaper product than what I purchased. I don't like mixing components of a system but appreciated the information and availability of less expensive options. The shipping was almost immediate and I couldn't ask for more from any seller.”

“Person that helped me looked up my purchase from about 6 years ago. She figured out which controller I needed (our died). The one we had was discontinued and she placed an order for me for the newer model. It is installed and works perfectly.”
