“Hello. My name is David Snyder. I purchased all of the materials needed for me to have a heated floor installed under LVP in my downstairs room. All of the prices for everything that I purchased were great, but I would like to reserve my greatest praise for the associate that helped me (and continues to help me during the installation process). His name is Matthew Brown. Not only did Matthew make a list of everything that I would need for my project, Matthew has answered every technical question that I have thrown at him in a way that has made it easy for me to make decisions about my flooring installation. I am currently in the process of installing the heating cables, but with all of Matthew's answers to my questions this will be an easy process. I can't say enough good things about all of the assistance that he has given me. Thank you for everything!”

“Our initial install was years ago so I was concerned a replacement module might be an "event". To my surprise a perfect replacement was at my door within a couple of days. I kept my docs from the original, so the new module was easy to configure. So glad we have our warm floor back in service !!!!”

“I've had two extremely positive experiences with the staff of Warm Your Floor. The first was with Victor (I'm sorry - I could be wrong with the name). I needed help rather urgently with a floor sensor. He was able to provide me with some great information and a link to the product I needed. It was perfect. The other really positive interaction was with Christa (again - I might not have the name correct). I had paid for UPS Overnight Air for my heating components. Due to a backup with UPS, I didn't receive my items in the promised 24 hours. Christa was extremely friendly and helpful. She immediately credited my card for the cost of the shipping. Fantastic company!!”
