Still not working. I sent an Email on 2/5/23 to Allyson Bottini. Ivy said that was my next option. I am waiting to hear back from Allyson. She is supposed to have a person qualified to look at why the floor will not heat.

Paid a high amount 49.00 for a floor repair kit think it would be better..... it only came with one cable. I could of paid 15 less and recieved 3 cables and shrink tube. Very unhappy.

These kits are made by the manufacturer, Nuheat, and it is stated that each kit is for one repair only, so they unfortunately don't include extra cables to repair more than one cut. The wiring instructions were wrong causing me to have to call an electrician to complete what should have been a fairly straightforward installation.

Delayed shipping my heat mat just to try and sell me a thermostat, which I had already purchased. The delay was consequently 7 days. Unacceptable customer service.

Sorry to say that after I made my online order and received receipt and order number and a notice of shipping from UPS (though without a tracking number), WarmYourFloor “lost” my order. It wasn’t until I called them to get a tracking number that they “found” my order.

Never received my order. Says it was delivered, called about it. Everyone said it was delivered. I was told I was outta luck and it wasn’t warm your floors problem. It’s the only piece of mail I haven’t received. Since moving into my new house.

The thermostat stopped working after 4 years of use, which translates into spending $200 for a new part and several hundreds of dollars more for two visits from electrians to diagnose the problem and then install a new part, Is there not a warrenty for this??? I am not happy.

Hi Patty - We are sorry to hear your thermostat stopped working after 4 years. The manufacturer does have a warranty on the product but it's for three years, you can see it on the product description page. If you ever give us a chance in the future please be sure to call us to see if we can diagnose a problem before calling in electricians, we would love to help if we can.

The strapping you sell is from thr 1950's. Total garbage. You can't spray glue or nail and when yo screw it kinks. I hate the fact that I thought I could work with this...stop selling it.

I can’t use it. If I had known that I would have to break up my floor ,I would not have bought it. I was hoping for a way to adjust the thermostat.

Linda, The repair kit you purchased is used to repair a damaged heating wire. The heating wires are always under your floor so unless the finished surface was not covering the heating wire, you have to pull up parts of the floor in order to expose the wire for repairs. Hi customer service is amazing. My biggest problem is the ordering of the wire which if you make a mistake you have to buy a whole Nother wire. This was a $300 screwup on my part but makes me leery of your product for that reason. Now I’m stuck with the cabling that I cannot use, I was told it’s nonreturnable

Part arrived not in the quality the we were expecting and I was still responsible for the return shipping. Despite technical expertise of my plumber who advised against installing the drain.
