Hi customer service is amazing. My biggest problem is the ordering of the wire which if you make a mistake you have to buy a whole Nother wire. This was a $300 screwup on my part but makes me leery of your product for that reason. Now I’m stuck with the cabling that I cannot use, I was told it’s nonreturnable
